Hi Quicksilver, thank you for maintaining this app.. almost nothing else out there for OSX

I'm on a hub that requires me to use a certificate (.pem file) for TLS 1.2

I have the cretificate file but have no idea where to put it.

Can you help please?

Cheers and thank you.

The hub I try to connect to use adcs. Another one that use dchub works fine for me.

This is an error msg I get when trying to log in:

I don't know what you mean by provide a pem file? Does that mean the hub provides you with a certificate for you to use?

Check the error log for a stacktrace of your error message and post it here for me!

thank you for quick reply. yes the hub provided we with a certificate file, the extension is .pem

i realized i could import it into my keychain (i'm on OS X)

i posted the system log from jucy to you, see no other log there.

the only thing i find in the system log of the OS relating to Jucy is:

Check [jucy.eu] for position of the error.log

Hubs should not provide key pairs...
If you really want to do this you would have to import the key into Jucys own keystore.
Currently there is no functionality in Jucy to do this automatically.
But I would ahve to look into this to provide some instrutions on what needs to be done.
Basically: [docs.oracle.com]

The error log you posted to me show that your JRE seems not to know TLS1.2

Check the version of Java installed.
i.e. get Java 8 and also think about installing unlimited jurisdiction policy files!
