Last time I took a look at Star hub it seemed pretty much in its infancy and sadly thats not very long in the past.
So for now I would bet on a star-hub problem, but I am willing to connect to any open star hub where the problem occurs and see for myself...
Alternatively: use the connection debugger plugin of jucy to see whats happening on the line and post it here...
