Fox every once in a while creates me a new Icon + Splashscreen + Banner (about box)

Current set is still new to me but may be someone wants to create a better looking set to replace the current one.
If you do.. here is the place to present it.

Whats needed?
3 png images:

1. Icon I prefer to have this in at least 256px*256px (512px even better)

I do have some script that creates the smaller resolutions from the large on automagically though if you want a different icon for smaller resolutions thats also possible i.e. different icon for 16px or 24px

2. The banner: current one can be seen in the about box 100px * 300px anything around that format will do
3. The splash screen currently 640px*350px though anything near that will do (though it may exceed 640px)

Thats about it ...
If you post something here I will try to critisise and I am hopeing people will argue for and against a image set.
Though hopefully all in a constructive way.

i.e. constructive criticism / impressions on the current image set I got till now:
